Karen helps lead Greenwing with a focus on organization, client experience, and long-term vision. Alongside her husband, Nando, she helped build the foundation of Greenwing around family values, professionalism, and treating people the right way.
Kim oversees the financial side of the company while helping guide Greenwing's growth behind the scenes. She and her husband Cesar are raising two young children, and family remains at the center of everything they do — including how they run the business.
Cesar manages operations and project execution with a hands-on approach and a strong attention to detail. Greenwing is the result of years of planning, ambition, and conversations about building something meaningful alongside family and close friends.
Nando leads sales and client relationships with the belief that trust matters just as much as craftsmanship. Working alongside his wife Karen, he helps create the approachable, relationship-first experience Greenwing is built around.
